1.9.4 mods will be trivial at worst to port to 1.10. This 1.10 prerelease has kinda popped up out of nowhere, but I think I am glad about this. I'll start this simple: Modders, please mod for 1.9.4. I made a post about this in December or so about this exact topic for 1.8.9, and about how the shift to 1.8.9 was a good step in the community because it allowed people to rethink their mods and truly make them better, but the whole 1.9 and 1.10 scenario is very interesting so I wanted to make a post about this as well.
